        Epsilon Chapter
        SDSU's Only Christ-Centered Fraternity

Welcome to the Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Gamma Omega Fraternity.
AGO is the only Christ-Centered Fraternity at San Diego State and offers a very unique environment for Christian brotherhood, community and spiritual growth.

        Monday Mail

Want to know how some of the guys in the house really feel? Want to know what they want the active body to know? You should check out the Monday Mail section of the website. The latest edition is from our brother Chops. He is getting at the heart of what many guys in the house right now are feeling.

        Post Pismo

As I type this I am icing my leg. I'm sure many others from AGO and ADX are sharing a similar experience. It was definitely a long day with many hard fought games. Our first game was against U.C. Davis which resulted in a tie after a controversial finish regarding ball placement and time keeping. Rock, paper, scissors ended up deciding the final score. In our second game we defeated USC's A-team which went on to win the tournament. Our first game of tournament play resulted in a loss coming at the hands of our little brothers from the University of Colorado at Boulder. This game also came down to the very last seconds and a few amazing catches from Specimen. All in all I think everybody would agree that it was an awesome opportunity to play football and get to know guys (and girls) from other chapters a little bit better. Congratulations again to Pi for taking home that trophy. We'll let you hang on to it for us until next year ;)

        SLO (Pismo)

It doesn't matter what you call it, it's happening this weekend. Every chapter of AGO will be going to Pismo beach this weekend to compete in the 18th annual flag football tournament. Many ADX chapters will also be in attendance. As many of you may know Epsilon chapter came home with the trophy last year and we are looking to keep in San Diego for a second year in a row. Regardless of wins and losses, this is always a great opportunity to meet AGO brothers from all over California and Colorado and strengthen the brotherhood. Thanks to the Kappa chapter for hosting this event, they always do a splendid job.

        Who's excited for GUY RETREAT!?

That's right, it's that time again! Our guy retreat is going to be this weekend the 15-17 of October. We will be going out to Occatio to enjoy God and each other in an environment without cell phones, with out teachers and homework, and miles away from all of our worries and responsibilities. If you are reading this and are not one of the brothers of Epsilon chapter, pray that God would speak to us as we seek Him out in the wilderness.

        Message From the Vice President

        Picture
We are first and foremost a brotherhood that is devoted and centered upon serving God and serving others. Our foundation is Christ and our support is grounded in relationship with one another. We also have a sister-sorority by the name of Alpha Delta Chi, of which are amazing women of God and whom we have events with on a regular basis.
Although we have a sister-sorority, we do not stop there with community involvement. Last semester, we participated in Kappa Alpha Theta's "Kites on Ice" Philanthropy.  We held socials with the lovely ladies of Kappa Delta and Delta Zeta at the house. We have had poker nights, barbecues and special events with other SDSU organizations, clubs, fraternities and sororities on campus. Our signature philanthropy this fall is an all Greek "Battle of the Bands," a chance for other houses to rock out on stage and bring the Greek Community together.  Community Involvement and outreach is a main priority of our Christ-centered fraternity.
Rush this Fall is going to be unreal! We have a fun-filled week loaded with extreme sports to contact sports, to a face-to-face, high-intensity and full-throttled match-up through a game of the established international recreational sport--Broomball, and much much more!

We are unbelievably stoked to meet all of you who might be interested in joining our brotherhood and look forward to seeing you around the house this Fall!

If you would like to get more info about our Fall Rush, or would like to just kick it, feel free to contact me via facebook, email, or phone anytime. Otherwise, see you @ Rush!!!!
        Sincerely,
        Eric "Agassi" Reininger
